Korea Getaway~ ♥ Part Three ♥

Annyeong~ Ok, i rmb promising all Korea's post to be up before i leave for my Taiwan trip which happens like a few weeks back already and im only posting my third part of the Korea post like now. hahaha.

Can't be blame la. It was like a total hectic before i flew to Taiwan for getaway and i totally crash when i get home, then rush all my shows in the weekends so that i dont freaking stack the shows to like a million episodes when i come back. But really, i almost died rushing all the shows to date the weekend after coming back from Taiwan.

Anyway, enough of rubbish talks. If u haven't or missed or forgot what was written, go read my first and second part of the getaway..

Let's get started with the third post of my Korea getaway~~

「21 December 2013」

Bidding farewell to Jeju Island, we board the flight back to Gimpo and we went all the way up the mountain to Mount Sorak National Park for a really breathtaking view.

But before that actually happens, we stopped by to have our lunch! For lunch we had the hot and sizzling bibimbap that comes together with a hotpot full of ingredients, and not forgetting all the side dishes~

There's the small section beside (behind as shown in picture) selling all the snacks and drinks, of course we had to buy some food to eat. I went to the ice cream corner to take a look to see if they sell 쌍쌍바, but nope they don't sell that there. But i still went ahead to get the melon ice cream recommended by Jeff, and it was really delicious. It really taste like they are from real fruit and not those artificial ones! oh well, i don't know if they are made from real fruits or not, but they definitely taste like real fruit! The melon ice cream can be found in Singapore (can be found in those korean snacks selling store)~ Ate the ice cream outside the store because the heater inside is really too much as we were seated right beside the heater and it was too stuffy that we needed some natural aircon.

What's next will be at Mount Sorak National Park and we aren't even at the peak yet but it's already so beautiful that we cannot stop snapping away. You can actually see the grass patches and mountain covered in snow.

and then we had some free time before boarding the cable car up to the peak, we went to explore the place a little. walked and walked and walked, then we came in to this very pretty place. The houses are so photo worthy! hehe.

Then we continue snapping away while walking back to the cable car place...

More climbing before reaching the peak of the mountain..

and what awaits us is this really beautiful scenery..

snap snap snap away~ Lots of shitty photos that's not worth uploading. LOL! Oh yeah, the going down part was like the worst thing ever. But still, worth going up to enjoy the lovely view from up there.

Anyway, we continued selcas session while walking out to our bus..

DINNER~~~ It was a fish hotpot.. Something i don't really like. LOL!

oh and after everyone's done with food.. they took the cake out to celebrate meimei and didi birthdays!! Their birthdays are only days apart thus they decided to help them celebrate together.. Side track : the cake is really really nice! so fluffy.. hehe. coming out from someone that don't really enjoy eating cake, it's really very good.

Supper.. we had the very very famous (and endorse by my loves) Kyochon Chicken! Jeff helped us order and got them to deliver it to the hotel we are staying at. We ordered 1 whole chicken of spicy and 1 whole chicken of normal (original?) for the 4 of us.. Jeff got a big shock when we told him we finished up everything the very next day. that's because he and the driver ahjussi couldn't even finish 1 chicken.

The spicy one is really really too spicy for someone like me that cannot really take spicy food. But my parents enjoyed it. But it was really very worth it. They actually got the option of half normal half spicy, thou it's a little more expensive but definitely worth it if you are keen to try both flavors but couldn't finish 2 chickens. It's definitely a MUST TRY when in Korea, then will you understand why it's so highly rave in Korea.

The paper bag that comes with our chicken~

That's very much all that happens on Day 3 of our trip.. Up next will be at the Ski Resort~ Stay tune...

안녕!!

Be healthy, Goodbye :)
사랑해요
